You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. cd222 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment information, or residential address change, you must update your Account profile promptly. Providing false or outdated information may delay withdrawals and may constitute grounds for Account suspension.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. cd222 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will remain available for withdrawal subject to KYC verification.
You may request closure of your cd222 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Such promotions are time-limited and will expire upon conclusion of the relevant event regardless of whether the Player has completed the associated wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated.
Each casino game, live dealer table, and sports betting market available on the cd222 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. Sports betting markets on cd222 are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, results are based on official scorecards published by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the relevant domestic board. In the event of ambiguity, cd222's decision on settlement shall be final.

The cd222 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cd222 strives to maintain continuous service availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service outages caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance.
cd222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where cd222 reasonably suspects or determines that: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player is engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to cd222; or the Player's jurisdiction has become a restricted territory.
Upon termination for cause, cd222 may withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where a balance remains following the resolution of any investigation and no fraud or prohibited conduct is established, the net balance (after deduction of any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including the obligation to repay any negative balance that may exist in your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cd222 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and cd222, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting cd222 customer support. cd222 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by cd222's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties. cd222 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any court in Pakistan in connection with disputes arising from these Terms, but this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
cd222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, cd222 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to the address registered on your Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, before the change takes effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the cd222 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.
